Task

Applicants who discover OSB AG as an attractive employer. Accordingly, the services and competences of the OSB experts as well as the in-house competence centres must be presented clearly. In addition to optimally prepared job offers, interested applicants expect further information on benefits and perspectives that OSB AG offers its employees.
Procedure
We started with a positioning workshop with managers from OSB AG. Here we discussed important basics in order to be able to start in a targeted manner. Then we got started: we tidied up, restructured and created clarity so that customers and potential applicants can see at first glance who OSB AG is and what it has to offer. The website is modern, user-friendly and user-friendly. Core services and references are presented clearly, and specialist topics are presented in an appealing way for both laymen and experts. The template for job advertisements has been optimised. Applicants gain insight into the company through career blog posts and employee portraits. SEO-optimised content improved the Google ranking and a flawless mobile presentation was taken into account from the beginning.
